Kid's Pageant

Miss Arabian?  Miss Arabiam Huh? That's me! The one with the Arab costume. I was nine years old when i took part in this little silly beauty pagent, for kids. The midget trophy proves it all, that i did not win the pageant and i'm not sure of the position and sadly, i don't even have the trophy wth me now. But the girl besides me, which is my little cousin, Baizura was in the third place. The thai outfit sure bring her the luck to win the competition. And i can assure you that i'm totally not jealous over it. It's part and parcel of a competition. You either win or loose. But for me, I won anyway. Why? Well, it's simple. I gain a wonderful experience takin part in the contest. It's something which i would look back and smile and just by looking at this picture brings back all the joy of being a kid. And it's history in the makin. Something which i will share with my children and laugh abt it during my days of being a mother. Sitting in the living room, browsing all the pictures and sharing every bits and pieces of the details with them.Wonder what will their comments be??? As for now, I'll just share it with you.
