Secondary School Drama.
MY Malay Dance club
Wanita Melayu Terakhir.Khekehe..
Cheerleading(in Half U)
The above picture was taken in the year 1994. I was in the Malay Dance Club & The Cheerleading Group. Secondary school days was great. A very active person. In the Secondary One Camp, I was made leader in my group and I was a Class monitoress. I was also put in charged for the class presentation which is to be staged infront of the whole school crowds. This event i'll never forget. We were put in the second place being beaten up by the express class. It was a japan theme. I choreographed it. And used lots of money from my very own pocket. These are the events in Sec 1.
I remembered my Malay Dance Instructor picked a few of us from the group to join his dance group which is from( if i can still recall the name of the community centre) the Kampong Ubi or Eunos Community Centre. WE at time had to learn the dance step in one day and Bang!, all you know, you will be performing it the next day. All i could recall from this event is that the selected dancers was Haslin, myself and Shikin. We somehow are the best dancers among all. It was a great experience for me.

In Sec 2, I was Chairman of the Class. In charge of again, the class presentation and again used a lot of my very own money. Then, I was put in charged to be the Sports Leader. I vividly recalled dragging my fellow sportmates down to Pasir Ris Park to work out. It was fun yet tirin and in the end, few of them never made it to class. I was pretty agressive person. We had series of fun in class. We would constantly bully our teachers not some of us in class, but the whole class. We're very united classmates, all race and religions. It was fun. We ever locked our teacher out of the class. We shutted all the windows and closed the door and gauged it with a chair so that our Math teacher could not enter the classroom. It was cruel but very funny too. She then went to our discpline mistress office and came up with her to find that our class was brightly lit with lights, all windows were opened and so was the door. She was fuming mad but again our mistress knew that we played a trick on the poor Math teacher, so the whole class was punished. We had to be lined up infront of the whole school before and after school during the parade for whole week and picked up litters as well. It may looked like we were a bunch of retarded from hell and the failures in our level but you will be surprised to know that our class was topped for English and Maths. The genius both in studies and playing tricks.
Miss Valerie Vanda i guess was the name of our English teacher that had chosed me and another classmate Herlena, to represent the class in the Oral Speech Contest. Hei, i'll tell you, my days in sec years was always the years that i had enjoyed so much. Those little tricks and pranks that we as a classmate from sec 1 to 4 never stopped us from excelling from our studies. I always told myself that i better score A's for all the subject or i'll shall diminished into thin air. I love studying and i realised that it was the easiest way of life thn being in the corporate world that i knocked myself into now.

There are many wonderful events that i could typed out but the above just say it all in one piece. WONDERFUL school life. I better not put anyone to sleep with anymore entries abt my school days.
And here i would like to express my gratitude to my classmates in PING YI Secondary School. Especially Royston and few other chinese guys whom i cant recall their names but their image and kindness will always be in my mind and heart forever. Royston, thanks for never giving up for all the years in school on waking me up every day for the whole of four years to get me out of my bed and go to school. Thanks for being my Alarm clock. I can't never thank you enough not only for being an alarm clock but always reminding me the important things that i had to do to avoid me from scoring a hell red marks. I truly love you and the rest of those whom had played an important part of my life during those days. And definitely the bunch of friends tat i made apart from my classmates.
Thank you All for the best times.
And once again, what's there to regret when there's so much good memories that i have collected plus all the bad incident that crossed my path. Here's cheers to the good memories, bye and forgotten forever the bad memories.
