A Nissan Sunny on the Way!

Our Bike Posted by Hello This is our means of transport. I love this bike. Hubby bought it while I was away for Umrah. I wasn't aware of it until the day when he came to fetch me from the airport on my return. We were then married for only a month. He wanted to surprise me! As he claims to be! It never crossed our mind that we were becoming parents as we planned to only have kids after two years of marriage. Seeing that i just got promoted and being a very career minded Executive, to me planning is essential before setting up a family. But who are we to decide. It's all in the hands of the Almighty. He decreed that i am to be pregnant two weeks after our wedding. I wasn't even aware on the pregnancy while doing my Umrah. It all came as a rush. We already bought the bike and to sell it away will be a big lost. So, we decided to keep it. Then again, the unexpected came knocking on our door. After my confinement period, two weeks later, I'm pregnant with the second baby! Productive ah? And now having a bike won't do us any justice. We need a car to transport our little family. We can't possibly take the four of us on a bike, the way the Kampong people do it. Having 5 to ten people on a bike! Imitating the circus acts. Or storing the kids on the Bike box! As a result, we decided to buy a car. Being me. I won't do things without proper planning especially Financially. Almost similiar to a professor whom will do his research before presenting the subjects in tutorials. An actress who will do a study on the character she's partaking. And a doctor analysing the ailment of the patient before determining the medication. Therefore i drew up a financial plan. After much calculation, somehow, we can afford to have a car. But only something that is below 60k. And a minimun Downpayment of 7K. So we went for a hunt to buy a gd car. After one week of cataloguing every cars that we can afford, we decided on a Nissan Sunny. It's only at 56k! Can you believe it? Even the COE is cheap. Not only this car is cheap but spacious too. The most important thing is, it's not going to burn a hole in my pocket. When hubby returned home from his night shift this morning, we went to Nissan's showroom and bought the car. Paid the downpayment, signed all the documents and we will be getting our car in the month of April! End of April to be exact. It's a value for money! As for the bike? We will still keep it, as the loan is left to a minimal amount. Hubby will be using it as a mean of transportation to work. I just can't wait for our car to arrive! As for now, I just have to be thankful for all the gifts that the Almighty have showered me. Thank you Allah, For all that! Alhamdullillah!
