Both Joy and Sadness..

Yesterday was a special day. Both good and sad events occured. First, It was the eve of Maulid Rasul. Second, It was one of Hubby's good friend, Irwin, birthday. Happy 28th Birthday Irwin! Third, An old friend's birthday and wedding. Happy Birthday and Congratulations to the both of you. All these was a good and happy event for the date 20th April 2005 but for another friend of mine, my buddy, Fadzil, it was the day of the demise of his beloved mother. Fadzil was truly devastated over the departure of his mother, as he was the one who took great pains in looking after her. She was hit by diabetes, kidney failure, breast cancer and multiples more. His mom also had one of her legs amputated. He could not work as he needed to look after his mom to do her dialysis for her. Three times a day. Fadzil was dearly attached to his mother. They went through thick and thin together. She was the only one he had left with besides his dad. His mom had to go through a whole lot of obstacles. and he was her strength. So imagine, how would Fadzil be feeling right now. All hubby and me could do is to be there for him as much as we can. He's our friend. We will help him with watever will power that ALLAH permits. For now, we will sedekah our AL Fateha for the Aruah. And hope you guys will too. To FADZIL, be strong buddy. ALLAH LOVES YOUR MOM MORE THAN YOU. She is now at a better place. She no longer have to deal with all the pain and sufferings of both life and her illness. ALLAH IS FAIR. HE ended her sufferings. Just do your part as the filial son by always praying for her. That will make her at ease. To this YA ALLAH, You're the best in relieving our pain and you're the best in giving us our happiness.
