My First Mother's Day

While everyone else's celebrated Mother's Day on 8th of May 2005, I celebrated mine on 10th May 2005. Why? On Saturday, I was not feeling my ups. I even missed going to Farah's wedding and meeting my K69 clan. Arghh.. Sunday was mostly spent on the bed. I rested the whole day. Hubby made me breakfast in bed. Wished me Happy Mother's Day and "ordered" me to get well soon. On Monday, when he left home for school, he smsed me, telling me to go to our room and opened up my bag. To my dearest surprised and amazement, I found a small red box with two cards and a receipt attached on it . The red box contained this: Image hosted by Photobucket.com A ring. And the cards read as these: Image hosted by Photobucket.com Image hosted by Photobucket.com As for the receipt, Its not telling me how much he spent. It was a reservation for a lunch at Seoul Garden. He remembered me telling him that i was craving to dine at Seoul Garden. I was bolt from the blue. Tears started welling up my eyes. I thought I was already given the Mother's Day Present that is the new laptop but then there was more. When i asked him why he bought me these. He answered simply. He said the laptop was something that i wanted but the rest of the gifts was from the bottom of his heart. A gift to thank me for all. He ended his sentence by saying, Not only you're the best woman i met and being the most wonderful wife. I was the best mother for his kids. I was the most Special "thing" that ever took place in his life. I brought all the joy in him and He shall and will always love me for ETERNITY. After hearing he said that, i was then crying. I cried like as if i was badly abused and beaten up. Indeed i was. I was beaten up by his love and devotions to me. I was so Happy. I felt Wonderful. I felt for that moment, i owned the world. His words and actions was astonishing. I just TRULY, MADLY, and very DEEPLY in LOVE with this man. More and more each day The man that i called my Hubby. The man who made my life more colourful and brigthen my days with so much love and happiness. My hubby have given me the best Mother's Day ever. A Mother's Day that I shall never forget.
